Presented is a 1966 Chicago Cubs game-used home jersey. This unique jersey was modified at some point during the season, and the reverse number was changed from 49 to 43. According to historical records, the jersey was first worn by second-year pitcher Bill Hands and was later changed to accommodate incoming veteran pitcher, Don Lee. The jersey contains the Wilson manufacturers label, along with the size tag of 44 and the "Set 2" and "66" tags in the shirt tail. The piece reveals moderate use with pulling throughout the material and a small tear on the reverse number 3
