Presented is a beautiful 1969 Philadelphia Phillies road jersey. This stellar grey flannel shirt was issued to Bill White for the 1969 season, although it was most likely worn by Gene Stone in the 18 games he played, as White was not with the team then. The artifact retains the original embroidered team name on front and #10 on back. The original Wilson 1969 Set 2” is located on the shirt tail and "White" is stitched into the collar. The important “Baseball 100th Anniversary” patch remains on the left sleeve. The shirt has all the proper tags and markings, consistent with known examples from the period.
